Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt of a proper payment bill from the Supplier. Purchaser shall pay 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (work, service) and the Parties signing the Act receivership (Act of Service, Works) or other document confirming delivery (service, work).
Delivery terms:Planed annual volume.
Shipping is not more than 20 kd from the date of agreement, possible delivery in parts. Price Fix for 12 months

Indicate the cost based on packaging, marking and shipping to the warehouse. The order is placed periodically at 2-3 months.

Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without bearing any responsibility
