Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer upon receipt of a duly issued invoice in the Buyer's name from the Supplier. The Buyer shall pay 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (works, services) and the Parties sign the Act acceptance or transfer (Service, Work Act) or other document confirming delivery (service, work).
Delivery terms:The planned annual volume.
Delivery is not more than 20 kd. from the date of approval, delivery in parts is possible. Price fix for 12 months

Indicate the price based on packaging, labeling, and delivery to the warehouse. Order is placed at intervals of 2-3 months.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability
