Оплата по настоящему Договору производится Заказчиком путем безналичных расчетов через 30 календарных дней, со дня подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ и предъявления Подрядчиком соответствующего счета-фактуры при условии, что Услуги оказаны надлежащим образом. Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и прочее.
