The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

The shipment of goods that have a shelf life (storage) established by the regulatory and technical documentation must be carried out by the supplier in such a way that by the time the consignment is delivered, the shelf life is at least 70% of the total shelf life of the goods. A batch of goods delivered by the Supplier to the Customer on a one-time application must be uniform in terms of shelf life. Quality certificates are required. Certificates are sent to the supplier's address along with the goods, as well as shipped in the Mercury program (an automated system for electronic certification of goods for which state veterinary control is established on the territory of the Russian Federation)
