The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Mandatory documents:

Conditions of shipment: The shipment of the goods that have the expiration date (storage) established by the normative and technical documentation must be carried out by the Supplier in such a way that by the time of delivery of the consignment, the expiration date is at least 70% of the total shelf life of the goods. A batch of goods delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer on a one-time application must be uniform in terms of shelf life. Quality certificates are required. Veterinary accompanying documentation is uploaded in the FSIS "Mercury" program
