When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, it is mandatory to attach the following files:
1. Letterhead application
2. Excel BOM
3. TKP with specification and full technical description of the proposed equipment
4. Participant form in Word format

The offer on the electronic trading platform must coincide with the offer uploaded in the procurement documentation.

The price should include the cost of the product, VAT, transportation costs, duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
