2) Participant questionnaire in Word format
3) Specification in Excel format
4) Passports or quality certificates for the supplied products
The offer on the electronic trading platform must coincide with the offer uploaded in the procurement documentation
The validity period of the CP must be at least 30 calendar days
The price should include the cost of products, VAT, transportation costs, duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
Transportation costs can be indicated in a separate line or included in the cost of products for each item (with mandatory indication of this).
