Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Preference will be given to Bidders with a deferred payment of at least 60 days from the date of full delivery to the Consignee's warehouse
If the Supplier requires an advance payment, the Supplier undertakes to provide a Bank Guarantee from the Supplier's bank for the entire amount of the advance payment. Information on readiness to provide a bank guarantee must be indicated in the bid form, in clause8 of the Payment Terms.

The validity period of the Commercial Proposal must be at least 30 calendar days

Shipment of goods having a shelf life (storage) established by regulatory and technical documentation must be carried out by the supplier in such a way that by the time the batch of goods is delivered, the shelf life is at least 70% of the total shelf life of the goods. The batch of goods delivered by the Supplier to the Customer on a one-time bid must be uniform in shelf life. The availability of quality certificates is mandatory. Certificates are sent to the supplier's address along with the goods

The price should include the cost of products, VAT, transportation costs, duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
Transportation costs can be indicated in a separate line or included in the cost of products for each item (with mandatory indication of this).
