Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Preferably according to the draft agreement. "Payment of the cost of services is made by the Customer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered and if there is a corresponding invoice of the Contractor (if it is subject to issuance in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Contract).

The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding a contract based on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the Bidder for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. The Organizer has the right to make changes to the Notification and Documentation, as well as extend the deadline (date and/or time) for submitting Proposals.
