Payment terms:
Payment for the Works is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed and the Contractor presenting the relevant invoice, provided that the work is performed properly. Settlements under the contract are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
If the procurement participant is a small and medium-sized business, payment for the Work is made by the Customer with a deferral of not more than 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed and the Contractor presenting the relevant invoice, provided that the work is performed properly. Settlements under the contract are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
