The supply and cleaning of the wagons on the front of the shipment is at the expense of the Buyer (3Q = 6938.13 RUB. /wagon without VAT)
The supply and cleaning of the wagons on the shipment fronts will be at the Buyer's expense.
To deal with this waste, a "License to collect, transport, treat, dispose, dispose of wastes from 1-4 hazard classes" (in terms of collection and transportation, treatment/disposal).
