The scope of delivery of the Goods is calculated according to the norms of education. In connection with the need (changing the operating mode, waste generation standards, equipment repairs, etc.), the Supplier has the right to adjust the Indicative Specification in the direction of decreasing or increasing the volume during the delivery period unilaterally.
In this case, the Supplier is relieved of responsibility for non-delivery or delivery of Goods in excess of the volume specified in the Indicative Specification to the Contract, and the Buyer, in turn, does not make claims and penalties.

The decision on the selection of a supplier based on the results of a request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee/Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC and reported in accordance with the regulations of the E-Marketplace.
