This Invitation is not an offer. The COMPANY reserves the right to accept or not accept any of the Tender Offers. EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER OFFERS

After the bid and commercial proposal evaluation phase, the 4 most advantageous participants will be selected according to economic and technical criteria and invited to negotiate with the bidding phase regarding originally stated value.
The contract period is 20 days from the date when the customer signs the protocol on the results of the purchase.
ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER OFFER
The Tender's Offer may be accepted by the COMPANY at any time during the period of the Offer by sending written notice by the COMPANY to the Tender Participant. BUYER has the right to negotiate with the Tender for clarification or modification of the Tender's offer or may accept the Tender's offer without any discussion or approvals of the terms of the Tender's offer.
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TENDERING
The COMPANY shall not be liable for any costs and expenses incurred by the Tender in connection with the preparation of the Tender Offer or the negotiation of the terms of the Agreement.
