Payment terms:
Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer by bank transfer with a delay of no more than 30 calendar days after the Parties sign the Act on acceptance of the work performed and the Contractor submits the relevant invoice for payment or invoice, provided that the Services are provided properly.
In the event that a participant from the number of SMEs is recognized as the winner of the purchase, the payment term shall be set no more than 15 working days in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Payments for the rendered Services may be made in cash in the form of a transfer to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
