Prices in the request for commercial proposals must be indicated in Russian rubles per 1 unit of measurement for the relevant lots, excluding VAT.
In this case, the indication of the applicable VAT rate on the electronic platform is mandatory.
To participate, you must fill out and attach to your application by 12:00 Moscow time on July 29, 2020, all documents listed in clause 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [05 Compliance Questionnaire.xlsx].
