Payment terms:
The participant, before the "05" day of the month following the month of the provision of medical services, shall transmit to the Customer Acts on the services rendered separately for each health center specified in clause 3 of the Terms of Reference.
The Customer, within 30 days from the moment of signing the Act on the services rendered, pays the services to the Participant by transferring funds to the Participant's settlement account. In case the participant from the number of SMEs is recognized as the winner of the purchase, the payment term with a deferral of not more than 15 working days is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Form of payment - non-cash payment. By agreement of the parties, other forms of settlement may apply.
