Ranking of bids

An application for the trade procedure at B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with a rate in rubles, while obligatory applying a commercial offer for Appendix 1 form.

Documentation to prove the quality of the products is required. In case of the delivery of products produced outside the EAEU, the Supplier is required to provide copies of the TBG for the products delivered and the international goods and transport invoice (CMR) at the same time as the products. Commercial information in these documents may be withheld.
Do not need to provide TBs and CMR in the following cases if:
1. Positions worth less than RUB 50,000 excl. VAT on one item in the specification/account.
2. Positions that are purchased from the official dealer/distributor/trading house, provided the manufacturer/supplier provides up-to-date certification/letter confirming the official dealership.
