An application for participation in the trading procedure on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while, without fail, attach a commercial offer in the form of Appendix 1 indicating technical characteristics, parameters, dimensions and the weight of the emitters.
Commercial proposal template is provided in Attachment 1 to this RFP.
