You must provide:

2. A commercial offer at a monthly cost of Maintenance and scheduled preventive repairs of an automatic fire alarm installation and a warning and evacuation control system in case of fire should be provided on the company's letterhead with a seal and a signature from the manager at the monthly cost of service, indicating payment with or excluding VAT.
