Payment terms:The price of the complex of construction works under this Contract is determined according to the Estimate submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Customer, and includes the cost of the Contractor's materials and all other costs of the Contractor to perform the work. The Customer pays the Contractor the cost of the complex of works after acceptance of the completed works by the Customer and receipt by the Customer of the original invoice, invoice, Act of acceptance of the completed works (unified form N KS-2, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 11.11.1999 N 100) and a Certificate of the cost of the completed works and services (unified form N KS-3, approved by By the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 11.11.1999 N 100) within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acts of completed works COP-2, COP-3.
