Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
payment product is made by the buyer with a delay of no less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to the buyer, provided that the Supplier documents. Calculations are made under contract by transferring money to the bank account of the provider and may have some form of settlements, is not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
