Payment terms:the price without VAT must include delivery to the customer's warehouse, payment for the delivered goods within 60-120 Cal. Days. Price fixation is mandatory to 30.09.2019 (indicated in the application form)
Delivery terms:delivery to the customer's warehouse (the file with addresses is attached in the purchase documentation). It is necessary to monthly delivery of materials (except for positions less than 200 kg/l), on them it is possible a single delivery (by agreement with the customer). Delivery is strictly in factory packaging. The documentation, including all the necessary certificates, is forwarded to the contract supervisor.

Comments:
1. Price offers on B2B are placed only on the positions specified in the request (originals).
2. It is obligatory to specify manufacturer's factory for each position.

4. It is desirable to consider all positions on a branch or the factory on which you plan to deliver (complex offers is preferable).
5. Price offers for analogues are submitted by a separate Excel file on the standard form (attached to the purchase documentation) to the e-mail address Petr.Yapparov@iso-serv.com
