Object characteristics: The building of Building No. 2 is rectangular in plan, one-story, two-span, without a basement with dimensions of 36.0x96.0 m. The height of the building from the level of the clean floor to the bottom of the rafter structures is 7.2 m and 4.8 m. The size of each span is 18.0 m, the column pitch in the longitudinal direction is 6.0 m. The floor area is 3477.6 m2, the building volume of the building is 21773 m3. The building is frame, the frame is reinforced concrete. The outer walls are made of expanded clay concrete panels, the thickness of the panels is 300mm. By design, wall panels are hinged. Partially exterior walls are made of red clay brick with cement-sand mortar. The thickness of the brick sections of the walls is 510mm. As the main rafter structure, a single-slope trapezoidal truss from steel rolling corners with a one-sided console is adopted. A canopy is attached to building No. 2, with a plan size of 22.30 x 96.00 m, a total area of 2140.8 m2, a construction volume of 16698.24 m3, the canopy is made of lightweight metal structures, the canopy fencing area does not exceed 50%.
The main installation work will be carried out in the fire fighting pump station, which is located next to the one-story building and piping with certified polypropylene fire-resistant pipes. Fire (welding) work should be planned in accordance with the Fire Regulation No. 390 after the store closes in the absence of customers from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. The rest of the installation work is carried out regardless of the work of the store. Carry out all installation work in strict accordance with the specification of equipment and materials, the developed project 01/14/2019-APT, installed equipment in an additional attached file in strict accordance with no more plans for equipment and work.
