Object characteristics: The building of the shopping complex includes a two-story building (hereinafter referred to as Building No. 1) and a one-story building (hereinafter referred to as Building No. 2) of the building, which are separate fire compartments of the building, for which crossings have been made and additional openings arranged. Building No. 1 is a two-story four-span building without a basement, with overall dimensions in plan of 72.0 x 103.0 m. The size of each span is 18.0 m, the column spacing along the alphabetic axes of the building is 6.0 m, along the digital axes on the first floor - 9.0 m, on the second floor - 18.0 m. The height of the first floor between the clean floor marks is 6.0 m, the second floor from the clean floor mark to the bottom of the trusses is 4.8 m. The mark of the ridge of the farms, taking into account the design of the roof, is 14.2 m, the mark of the top of the parapet slabs is 12.6 m and - 14.4 m. On the eastern side of the building, at the ground floor level, a canopy of light metal structures is attached to the building along its length, measuring 4.5 x 103 m in size, the area of the canopy fencing does not exceed 50%. The total built-up area is 7550.4 m2, the building volume of the building is 107,593.2 m3. The building is frame-panel with a frame structural scheme. Covering farms - prefabricated reinforced concrete, bevelless, with a segment outline of the upper zone. The walls of the building are made of expanded clay concrete panels 300 mm thick. Partially for the external fencing, red clay brick was used on a cement-sand mortar. Foundations - reinforced concrete, glass type, precast-monolithic. The roof of the building is rolled, insulated, combined, with organized internal drainage. Reinforced concrete ribbed prefabricated slabs are used to cover the building. Plates are based on trusses located along the letter axes. For interfloor overlapping reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with prestressing are used. Monolithic sections are partially made in the ceilings. The building of Building No. 2 is rectangular in plan, one-story, two-span, without a basement with dimensions of 36.0x96.0 m. The height of the building from the level of the clean floor to the bottom of the rafter structures is 7.2 m and 4.8 m. The size of each span is 18.0 m, the column pitch in the longitudinal direction is 6.0 m. The floor area is 3477.6 m2, the building volume of the building is 21773 m3. The building is frame, the frame is reinforced concrete. The outer walls are made of expanded clay concrete panels, the thickness of the panels is 300mm. By design, wall panels are hinged. Partially exterior walls are made of red clay brick with cement-sand mortar. The thickness of the brick sections of the walls is 510mm. As the main rafter structure, a single-slope trapezoidal truss from steel rolling corners with a one-sided console is adopted. Building No. 1 and Building No. 2 are interconnected at the ground floor level with a transition of 11.87x25.4 m in size and 4.26 m in height to a cover. The total construction area of the transition is 412.21 m2, the construction volume is 1756 m3. A canopy is attached to building No. 2, with a plan size of 22.30 x 96.00 m, a total area of 2140.8 m2, a construction volume of 16698.24 m3, the canopy is made of lightweight metal structures, the canopy fencing area does not exceed 50%.
