Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals. The Organizer has the right to amend the Notification and Documentation, as well as extend the deadline (date and / or time) for submitting Proposals.
