Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
This RFP does not constitute the bidding or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered
pre-contractual work and do not impose on the organizer obligations exceeding those listed in the tender conditions.
Uploading commercial offers to the site is required.
To participate, you must, together with the CP, download the following package of documents:
1. RFI - Completed Supplier Questionnaire (Attachment).
2. Accounting statements for the last reporting period (balance sheet, statement of financial results) with a mark on delivery to the tax.
3. VAT tax return for the last reporting period with a mark on delivery.
4. Income tax return for the last reporting period with a surrender mark.
5. Certificate of the average number with a mark on delivery.
6. Certificate of no debt to the budget.
7. Charter.
8. Power of attorney for the right to sign contracts, invoices and consignment notes.
9. Minutes of the general meeting of participants on the appointment of a director.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
