3. Налоговая декларация по НДС за последний отчётный период с отметкой о сдаче.
4. Налоговая декларация по налогу на прибыль за последний отчётный период с отметкой о сдаче.
5. Справка о среднесписочной численности с отметкой о сдаче.
6. Справка об отсутствии задолженности перед бюджетом.
7. Устав.
8. Доверенности на право подписи договоров, счетов-фактур и товарных накладных.
9. Протокол общего собрания участников о назначении директора. |
