4. Income tax return for the last reporting period with a note on delivery.
5. A certificate of the average number of employees with a mark of delivery.
6. A certificate of the absence of arrears to the budget.
7. Regulation.
8. Power of attorney for the right to sign contracts, invoices and invoices.
9. Minutes of the general meeting of participants on the appointment of the director.
