No. 61 / B Overhaul of the supply and exhaust ventilation systems of building No. 1 of LADA Izhevsk LLC
Scope of work:
1. Overhaul of the heat supply system of the air supply unit P-65,
2. Repair of air ducts of the B-57, P-78, P-8 and P-37 systems.
Basis for performance: work is carried out on the basis of technical specifications, defective statements and Customer estimates
Dates of work: up to 09/07/2020. (terms can be adjusted based on the results of the tender procedure)
The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Prequalification of bidders (acceptance of the Application package of documents, documents of title for accreditation in the UEB (if necessary)),
2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (visits to works, submission of proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If you wish to be declared in the tender procedure, you must send the Application package of documents, namely:
1. Contractor profile,
2. The list of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
4. Permits for work (extract from SRO)
APPLICATION ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRICE !!
The cost of work is provided for 2-3 cal. weeks from the date of completion of the collection of applications for participation in the tender, also during the specified period:
1. It is necessary to visit the facility
2. Organizations not accredited to the UEB of AVTOVAZ JSC must provide documents according to the list attached to the tender documentation).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Performance of work in accordance with the technical specifications of the Customer, within the time agreed upon with the Customer,
2. At least 3 years of experience in performing these works;
3. Consent to conclude a model contract as amended by LADA Izhevsk LLC;
4. The presence of their own certified and valid certificates for the performance of this type of work personnel;
5. Own material and technical base;
6. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period for continuous operation of the materials, from the moment of commencement of operation, must be not less than the factory of the manufacturer,
The application is accepted until 12:00 on April 7, 2020 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
