Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment by the buyer of each consignment is carried out for at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to the buyer's warehouse (consignee) and subject to presentation of the invoice by the supplier. The invoice for delivered products is provided by the supplier to the buyer within 5 calendar days from the moment of shipment of the products. In case the contract is concluded with SMSP, the term of payment is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the contract are made by cash.
