Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for each batch of Products within no less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products at the Buyer's warehouse (consignee) and subject to the presentation of the invoice by the Supplier. An invoice for the delivered products is provided by the Supplier to the Buyer within 5 calendar days from the date of shipment of the products. If the contract is concluded with the SMEs, the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the contract are made in cash.
