Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Calculations are made:
- if the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business - with a deferred payment of not more than 15 (fifteen) business days after the parties sign the act of acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor submits a set of documents;
- in other cases - with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the parties have signed the act of acceptance of the transfer of the services rendered and the Contractor has submitted a set of documents.
Under this Agreement, legal interest on the amount of debt for the period of use of funds provided for by Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or other similar provision of a regulatory legal act is not calculated, accrued or paid.
