Payment terms:Payment of the Contract Price (of the Works performed) is made by the Customer in the following order: the calculation for the work performed by the stage is made on the basis of the acceptance certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of work performed, subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of documents. If the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
