Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the TORG-12 Parties), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products.
