Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price based on the results of the R&D Stage is made by the Customer on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Works Acceptance Certificate (form КС- 2), subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of documents.
Payment of the Contractual Price is made by the Customer upon completion of the Stage of construction and installation (or commissioning) work under the Contract, with a delay of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the Work performed (KS form -2), subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of documents.
If the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation
