Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of Products/Batches shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 or 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (dates signed by the Parties of the BIG-12/UPD) subject to providing the Buyer with a complete set of documents for the Produce/Batch of Production.
