Auto-extension

Comments:
A request for proposals is not a tender (competition, auction) in accordance with Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057–1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, or other regulated procurement procedures (procurement methods) provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation .

The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals, as well as to complete the request for proposals without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the Organizer does not reimburse the participant for the expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.

In accordance with the provisions of subsection 1), clause 2.1. Article 1 of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-ФЗ "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services, Certain Types of Legal Entities", the effect of the specified federal law does not apply to the activities of Unipro PJSC related to the procurement of goods (works, services), since the total revenue of Unipro PJSC from activities carried out in the area of natural monopolies, as well as from regulated activities specified in No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011, does not exceed 10% of the total proceeds from all types of activities carried out by Unipro PJSC nosti.
