Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:the customer shall make payment under the contract by transferring funds to the contractor's current account within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the parties have signed the Act on acceptance of performed works (Forms № KS-2) (for design and survey Works only the act of acceptance of the executed works) and the certificate on the cost of the executed works and expenses (Forms № KS-3) at presence of the corresponding invoice of the contractor (if it is subject to an issue under paragraph 5.3 of the Agreement). The customer makes a payment in the amount of 90%, including VAT, from the cost specified in the Help on the cost of work performed and costs (Form KS-3) (for design and survey works-specified in the act of acceptance of completed works), signed by the parties. The final settlement of the contract is carried out in accordance with clauses 5.7.-5.11, 5.13. Of the contract.
