The indication of the manufacturer of the goods as part of the application is required.
As part of the application, you must submit a passport or certificate of goods.
If the supplier of the goods is a dealer of the manufacturer, the application must include a dealer agreement.
If the goods are subject to certification or declaration in the SFZhT system, the application must include certified copies of the relevant certificates (declarations).
If the organization has a quality management system as part of the application, the relevant documents must be submitted.
Provision of a guarantee for the product is mandatory (the offer must indicate the warranty period).
Item-by-item purchase (selective delivery of individual lot items is allowed).

REVIEW OF THE PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION IS MANDATORY! Requirements for participants, terms of delivery of goods and a list of documents required to participate in the procurement are contained in the notice and annexes to it.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
