Comments:
Conduction of production testing of wheels pilot batch for the comparative analysis of technical and economic indicators with applicable at AO "ODK-PM" is required. Pilot batch of wheels shall be provided by the supplier without payment for the goods.This request for proposals is not a tender or auction, and its conduction is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the customer the appropriate amount of civil liabilities. Additional conditions: In order to avoid price collusion, the Commission is entitled to reject the applications of participants, affiliated with each other (the concept of an affiliate is given in accordance with Article 4 of the RF Law No. 948-1, dated March 22, 1991). If necessary, the Customer has the right to prolong the deadline for receiving proposals set out in the Notice for the request for proposals, notifying all the participants.
