Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of delivery and provision of the original reporting documents (sf, bargaining12) and copies of quality certificates.
Delivery terms:Products are shipped for the entire duration of the offer, according to the applications. Estimated supply volume of 20 tons per week of each material. The cost of the material is fixed until the end of 2019. Address of delivery of goods, works or services: Perm (pickup within the city of Perm is possible). Delivery time within 5 business days from the date of signing the specification.
All shipping, packaging and other expenses should be included in the cost of production.
The supplied products shall be new.

Comments:
We are ready to consider comparable analogues of other manufacturers only after laboratory tests and input control of the material. Lot for incoming control and testing 1 ton (big-run). Supply of materials from September to December 2019. During the procurement process, volumes can be adjusted.
1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Prior to the opening of the envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is until the end of 2019.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
