Comments: Agreement as amended by OJSC GMZ. THE OFFER PROVIDED MUST BE VALID FOR 30 days.
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download offers by the organizer of the request price on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- Offer (commercial proposal) certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to take actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims due to the fact that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder himself (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person). A prerequisite for the provision of a file with documents in the request for prices confirming the status of the participant is a manufacturer or dealer. Separately, we draw your attention to the fact that your commercial proposal (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to the normative and technical documentation (GOST, TU, STO, etc.);
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on costs included in the price of goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery times for individual batches of products;
• terms and conditions of payment for products
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

Acceptance of proposals to the email address of the Organizer ends 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

and selected the winner: "TD Mir svarki" OOO – (Bidder 3) (Залешин А.В.) submitting a bid dated of 13.04.2021 06:23 totalling to 5 680,71 RUB (price excl. of VAT) for items No. 1, 2, 6, 7, 9.
Reject all offers for items No. 3-5, 8
Обоснование: По поз 3 предлагается отклонить КП всех участников (ООО ТД «Мир сварки» - не соответствует заявленному, требуется круг по камню; ООО «НефтеГазКомплект» - завышена цены). По поз 4-5, 8 предлагается отклонить КП всех участников (завышены цены)
Предлагается: 1) по поз 1-2, 6-7, 9 принять КП ООО ТД «Мир сварки» на сумму 6 816,85 руб. с НДС на след условиях: 100% предоплата, срок поставки 10 дней, доставка до склада Покупателя за счет Поставщика
