Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of goods to the warehouse of the consignee within 60 working days from the date of delivery and provision of originals of invoices, goods invoices, copies of consignment notes with the recipient's mark.

2. To its proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST, before the opening of envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents in accordance with the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participant of this procedure (the form is attached). If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly performs the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant confirms the documents together with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
