Payment terms:Recommended terms of payment: for actually performed works the Customer makes payment no later than 45 calendar days after signing the acts of performed works and providing the original invoice);

Delivery terms:Required work/services period: September 2020 - May 2021. The total bid price should cover all the bidder's obligations to meet the requirements contained in the tender documents, including the cost of consumables, transportation costs, etc.

Comments:
The executor of services must have a positive business reputation, experience in carrying out deliveries, performing works or providing services on the subject of procurement, namely:

• Must be a partner of the Firm "1C" in Russia for a period of at least 3 years.
• Should have at least 10 published projects on the website of the firm 1C on the implementation of the software product "1C:ERP" or "1C:Holding management" or "1C:ERP Management holding". At the same time, the number of automated jobs for these projects should be at least 100 jobs.
• Must have its own qualified staff with the necessary professional knowledge and experience, on the staff of the company at the date of submission of the offer/offer (qualification requirements personnel).
The executor must provide:
- questionnaire (company card) of the tender participant;
- referential list on similar types of works;
- copies of the balance sheet and income statement for the last 3 years (regarding counterparties not participating in tenders in 2019).
