Payment terms:1) Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of work performed, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee is mandatory (a list of banks in Appendix 5)
Delivery terms:1. Supply of materials by the Contractor.
2. Mandatory training:
- Project of work / project of organization of work;
3. Be sure to visit the Customer’s site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
4. Acceptance of work is done monthly. The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits to the Customer for review and signing the Act on acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2), no later than 3 (three) business days before the end of the reporting month a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) and the invoice of the sample established in the Russian Federation.
