This procedure for requesting proposals is not an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to participate in tenders, its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer any civil law obligations with respect to the Procurement Participants or third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
The customer is not obligated to conclude any transactions based on the results of the request for proposals process, has the right to refuse all proposals (bids) received for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals procedure at any time without notifying the procurement participants and does not bear any responsibility to the Participants or third parties to whom such actions may cause losses. The Customer also does not bear any obligations to reimburse the Procurement Participants or other third parties for any expenses or any losses associated with participation in the request for proposals process. The procurement participant, taking part in the request for proposals procedure, confirms that he is familiar with and agrees to these conditions.

The organizer has the right to carry out the 2nd stage (rebidding) in case of receiving an unsatisfactory result in the first stage. No more than 30% of applicants with the best prices of the total number of participants will be allowed to rebidding. The winner of the procedure will be the proposal of the applicant who proposed the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.

Evaluation and selection criteria:
1. Compliance of the subject of procurement with the requirements of LLC UK Agroholding Kuban in quality (in accordance with the requirements of the statement of work);
2. Cost of the offer;
3. Terms of payment and delivery;
4. Work experience. Company reputation;

If the documents uploaded to the site are signed by EDS, then it is NOT REQUIRED to additionally certify them with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization. If the digital signature is not used, then it is necessary to download scanned documents with print and signature.

At this stage, the participation of suppliers without EDS is allowed.
