1) Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Организатор запроса предложений в праве отказаться от всех поступивших предложений, не неся при этом никакой материальной ответственности перед Участниками.
2) Обязательное наличие сертификата соответствия;
3) Год выпуска продукции - 2012г.;
4) Подписание договора поставки только в типовой форме ОАО ЧМК (см.вложение);
5) Аналоги не предлагать.
