Payment terms:
the payment under the contract are made 50% in advance, 50% upon delivery of the product to the warehouse (base) of the customer, when providing supporting documents (invoices, shipping and/or railway overhead) in the original to the address of the customer in the accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the invoice for payment.

Comments: are allowed to participate in the procedure for Applicants that meet the following provisions:
- The applicant has provided a complete set of documentation on the subject of procurement;
- The applicant is a manufacturer or dealer of the manufacturer's products on the subject of procurement;

- Schedule and delivery conditions, provided the applicant meets the technical requirements for the subject procurement.
The applicant, during the preparatory phase of the proposal must provide the following documentation on the subject of procurement:
1) Calculation of cost of procurement proposal for the customer form (annex 1);
2) Acceptance of the form and conditions of the supply agreement for the subject procurement;
3) Explanatory note for the subject procurement, containing, at a minimum, the calendar and the logistics of delivery plans, delivery volumes and data on factory supplied products;
4) The necessary technical information, as a minimum, technical passports on the casing, certificates of conformity, etc.;
5) The power of attorney to individuals representing the interests of the applicant in the current procurement procedures, with the authority to sign a contract and other deals;
6) Information about deliveries of similar nature and complexity of the contracts over the past 3 years;
7) Customer testimonials (if available) on the supply of similar nature and complexity of the contracts over the past 3 years;
8) Information about financial opportunities and sources of funding of the applicant, as well as information on the availability of working capital and their sufficiency for execution of deliveries for the subject procurement.
The winner of a tender procedure is defined, subject to approval by signing the Model Treaty without differences, according to the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time of products;
3. The quality of products;
4. The reliability of the supplier;
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
The present request prices does not constitute (public offer). The organizer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline.
