"ISO" Ltd. has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:

- the person sending an offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization or against him initiated insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy);
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.

The selection will take place with compulsory peretorzhek.
