Delivery terms:

Comments: 1) Spare parts of original factory production.
2) Mandatory loading of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the relationship to the products. Certificate for the product.
3) The products must be new, not used.
4) The following must be attached to the product: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This request for proposal procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the regions of the far North and areas equated to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo labeling").
